SONNET of REVELATIONS: Probability Questions From “APC Vice Presidential Unveiling”.

1.
PROBABILITY: “the quality or state of being probable; the extent to which something is likely to happen or be the case”.
2.
Is the Probability of APC hiring FAKE Christian Clergy for the Unveiling of their Vice Presidential Candidate, a sample of the extent to which BOKO HARAM is likely to have hired or stolen Christian Clergy clothes for future violent attacks on Christian churches?
3.
Is the possibility of APC hiring FAKE Christian Clergy for the Unveilingof their Vice Presidential Candidate, a probability that gives same the likelihood of hiring Bandits and terrorists to attack Christian churches and kidnapp Christian Clergy?
4.
Is the Probability of hiring fake pretenders as Christian Clergy, a confirmation of the probabilities of hiring Criminals to violently abuse and attack Nigerians?
5.
Does the Probability of the sheer rascality to hire fake priests and fake Bishops in Broad day light, has a probable relationship to the possibility of hiring TERRORISTS to attack Nigeria Correctional Services?
6.
Will the Probability of the reasons behind the hiring of impostors as revered and respected priests, reverends and Bishops of the Christian Faith, a sign of culpability on the incessant hired violent attacks, kidnappings, killing of Christian Clergymen example Pastors and Priests etc?
7.
Will the Blasphemy evidence of disrespecting and desecrating the Christian Faith, by hiring known or Unknowm impostors who maybe Non Christians or Christians; a probable symbol that that the violent killer herdsmen, unknown Gun Men, Bandits and Terrorists were probably hired to cause grievous bodily harm, violence, deaths and destruction of property of Nigerians?
8.
Since fake quarks can be hired to impersonate the esteemed Christian Faith Clergy; without regards and respect to the sanctity and their duties to their society and faith, a probability that the Christian clergymen, the Christian churches and Christian Faith will continuously be disrespected and disregarded by APC in Nigeria?
9.
Would the designers, planners and implementators of the the hiring of the FAKE Christian Clergy UNIFORMS, probably involve in the hiring of FAKE UNFORMS of Nigeria Security Agencies to perpetuate terrorist, banditry and violent crimes against Nigerians from all works of life?
10.
Is the boisterous guts exhibited by a Chieftain of the APC on a tweeter broadcast yesterday, a probability that he has dangerous biases against fellow Nigerians in order to win Political Elections at all cost and by all means?
11.
Are these revelations, a desperate determination by the APC to bring Unknown god Men (Christian Clergy) at the Unveiling of their Vice Presidential Candidate, has probabilities the APC may have hired or created; Unknown god Men, Unknown Gun Men, Unknown Bandits, Unknown Killer Herdsmen and Unknown Terrorists against Nigeria?
12.
Has the hiring of fakes, pretenders and impostors as Christian Clergy by APC on 20th July 2022; probably exhibited the genuine concerns that the Same-Faith-Candidacy is very important in Nigeria Politics, while many have argued that Same-Faith-Candidacy does not matter in Nigeria Politics?
13.
When would the Police act because there is the probability that impersonation occurred, which is probably a crime and could the EFCC react because of the probability that an Economic financial crime occurred at the Unveiling of APC Vice Presidential Candidate, or would the relevant Security Agencies probably pretend or fake as if nothing happened just like APC pretended or faked the Christian clergymen invited and paid at their Vice Presidential Candidate Unveiling?
14.
Did the evidence that APC hired fakes, impostors and pretenders as Christian Clergy, a credible evidence that they probably hired those people that fought against the peaceful ENDSARS protesters of 2020, which probably became violent because of the actions of the same hired, fake impostors?

Cancel 2023 Population Census: It’s Least Of Nigeria Problems or Postpone For Next Government To Implement.

Mr. OC Vince.
Current Affairs Analyst.
Email: ocvince@yahoo.com

Professionally speaking, has Oga Buhari lost the credibility to plan and organise an honest, credible and truthful population census?
Since he is leaving power next year May 29th 2023, he can as well allow the next President who will be sworn in on 29th May 2023 to take care of population census.

Where would he find the funds to implement such a huge financial project almost in 2023, the same time the huge financial project of 2023 General Elections is spent, in a nation that keeps borrowing monies for consumption, rather than for production?

The alledged biases our Oga has shown, the ethnic and religious preferences he has exhibited in selecting his cabinet, security chiefs and all the sensitive positions has shown he might lack the national trust, the credibility and the humanity to design, plan, organise and implement population census without showing usual biases to favour some ethnicities and regions over others, especially with the obvious insecurity challenges, ethnic divisions and incessant killings experienced all over Nigeria.

The alleged severity of the violent insecurity in all parts of Nigeria, would make it almost impossible for the planned population census to reflect the true population of Nigeria. Millions may suspect the likelihood of the population census data, figures and numbers might be fabricated; decreased or increased to favour certain regions and ethnicities against others…

How can a successful Population Census be conducted, in a nation where State Governors asked their citizens to seek to carry firearms due to the uncontrollable insecurity, because those governors may have secret information the populace do not have.

The high level of insecurity will make it impossible for the population census officials to have access into most parts of Nigeria regions and hinterlands without being abused, kidnapped, attacked and or even killed by killer herdsmen, kidnappers, unknown gun men, bandits and terrorists.

Many grievous bodily harm attacks, physical abuses, kidnappings, theft of population census equipment, violence and killings might be recorded against the officials of the population census, based on insecurity data coming out of different parts of Nigeria from all the regions and hinterlands.

The possibility is very high for the population census data and results to be fabricated or forged and illegally written inside offices and not collated or collected from the field of population census by the population census field staff from every nuke and cranny of the Nigeria nation.

Oga Buhari had (7) seven years and (11) eleven months to design, plan and implement a credible population census. So, why the proverbial fire-brigade-approach, to organise such in 2023?

The financial cost of a population census is not cheap for a nation borrowing for consumption rather than borrowing for production. Where will the funds come from in 2023 to fund such a financially humongous national project, with similar expensive financial project of 2023 General Elections?

Majority of Nigerians are more focused now,  for Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) strike to end after five (5) months, for cost of living to reduce and fuel to be available at fuel stations rather than at the so called fuel-black-markets, not population census.

What most Nigerians need is for; better national economic management to reduce the hunger, why the Nigeria National Petroleum Company NNPC is not making profits for months unending and how to tangle the severe poverty in the country and government plans for the expected global recessions, not population census.

Millions of Nigerians are not bleeding, wailing and dieing because of population census, rather, they are bleeding, wailing and dieing due to insecurity, due to the operations of unknown gun men, the unacceptable killer kidnappers, the ghost bandits, the incessant prison breaks of violent terrorists, breaking news of known terrorist later turbaned as Zamfara state Sarkin (King) of Fulani and the violent terrorist operations against the nation, citizens and security agencies facilities and security personnel not population census.

Population census is the least of Nigeria’s challenges, when some of those in the corridors of power are carting away Billions of Naira without being arrested or successfully prosecuted publicly, except from a baby-pat behind the suspects hands followed by usual Presidential rhetoric.

The next President of Nigeria, come May 29th 2023, will be in a better position to plan and implement population census, and inform Nigerians where he will find the funds because he will have more quality time inorder to give Nigerians a cost efficient, credible, useful and honest population census data, figures and numbers.

The outgoing National Government based on their achievements and failures is suspected of the high possibilities of producing poorly, questionable, fabricated and grossly biassed population census figures and data which will consume huge sums of money that will possibly be carted away by the outgoing administration and or her staff. These monies could be quickly used to settle Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) strike to save the Nation’s Youths and academic staff who have been on strike for five (5) months and counting. Such academic strike creates a generational academic gaps, societal deficiency and employability imbalances. Furthermore, the millions of Naira that will be gulped by 2023 population census project, can be used to rectify the National Health and Hospitals to end the millions of foreign currency and billions of Naira spent on overseas-medical-tourism by wealthy Nigerians, expecially Nigerian Politicians, their family members and those in the corridors of power of this outgoing National Government in Nigeria .

Message To Ndi Njikoka LGA:

The change, the choices and the characters in front of us for Anambra State House of Assembly:

Ndi Njikoka needs to urgently rebuild trust, equity, justice and equality to avoid distrust, iniquity, injustice and inequality in Njikoka political architecture.

Our dear women deserve better, bigger and bolder positive representation.

Our men can fulfil their life goals with smarter representation.

Our youths deserve more professional and inclusive entrepreneurial support for stronger development.

It is a good time for us to transform distrust with trust, injustice with justice, inequality with equality in party politics because injustice to one, is injustice to all.

“Political Injustice is a CRIME against Humanity”.

Just as we need aspirants who understand how to root out crimes,  social misdemeanours, like drug abuses, substance abuses, bullying and land banditry that may exist, we also need to expunge inequality, injustice and iniquity in party politics.

To do the above, the choice of aspirants needs to evidence a positive political change, which is inclusive, justifiable, transformational and starts from the very top down to the bottom.

We ought to choose aspirants in UmuNri and UmuOwelle with consistent track record of local and national sound exposure to good-governance, aspirants that have traceable academic records, aspirants with real leadership skill set and aspirants with real governance achievements.

On one hand, we need to develop an Njikoka where party politics is played with justice and equality will transform into a greater business hub, safe society, where lives and properties are optimally secured and where we can all call our “New Njikoka”. On the other hand, we need an Njikoka where injustice and inequality of the Old-Creed will transform away from the Same-Old-Same and become more inclusive, brotherly, positive and unifying.

Ndi Njikoka needs political aspirants that can stand on their two feet day and night to uphold social justice, champion good governance with skills for safety and Security of lives and property of men and women.

We need aspirants that can speak eloquently, read with understanding and write without hiring third-parties…

Njikoka requires political aspirants that will not be remote controlled for the wimps and caprices of unfavourable benefits of Ndi Njikoka.

There is a choice ahead of Ndi Njikoka.

We need not break the back of our beloved Njikoka.

We need to listen to calls for positive smart inclusiveness.

However, if and where there are old-glass-ceilings that seem to hold some parts of Njikoka captive, then, down with those ancient-glass-ceilings.

Political history has consistently proven that the politically excluded of the past, developed capacities and capabilities to transform to political champions of the future. Remember; Gandhi of India and Mandela of South Africa.

Remember how Ndi Anambra insisted on electing a governor from Anambra South.

Remember how Ndi Igbo and millions of Nigerians are standing firm for a Nigerian President of Igbo extraction come 2023.

The absence of equality and justice in our party politics is not the uncommon presence of political pieces, but rather, the catalyst that transforms old-political-numbers to new-political-relationships for the dignity and liberation of men and women forming new victorious political alliances…VIN Onyekwelu MScVIN Onyekwelu MScWin It.

NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF FURTHER MEETINGS AND GENERAL ELECTIONS OF NATIONAL OFFICERS OF ENUGWU-AGIDI BROTHERLY UNION (EBU) NIGERIA.

This notice of suspension was caused by the death of Enugwu-Agidi son, Anayo Nworah a father of four children (aged 28), who was gruesomely beaten, battered and murdered in Enugwu-Agidi by some members of an ad hoc committee appointed by the present EBU Caretaker Committee.

This abominable act (ALU) has generated simmering crises, tension, and threats to peace, law, and order in Enugwu-Agidi.

Considering the forgoing and in exercise of the duties of his office as the Chief Security officer of the town, The Traditional Ruler of Enugwu-Agidi HRH, Igwe Michael C. Okekeuche (Okpalariam lll) after due consultation with members of his Royal Cabinet and some relevant stakeholders in the town have decided that it will be inauspicious and insensitive to hold any EBU General Elections for National Officers at this time.

Hence, the proposed EBU General Elections for EBU National Executives by the current EBU Caretaker Committee is cancelled to forestall further crises, breach of peace, violence and possible fatalities as a consequence of this murder that could result from the visible and apparent insecurity that has overshadowed the town.
Members of the public are urged to remain law-abiding while HRH and Enugwu-Agidi stakeholders continue to interface with Anambra State Government for further directives.

Signed.

WHY I MAY REJECT MEALS EVEN WHEN I’M HUNGRY: My reaction to Uche Okafor a.k.a Junpam’s Response to Dr. Ejinaka’s Advice. By: Ifeanyi Ndulue (Ibu Jesus)

I recalled with a rare smile a particular Sunday afternoon in the early 1990s when my mother served us with ukwa (Breadfruit) and dried fish. It was one of our best delicacies and one food me and my siblings enjoy eating while sitting on a big nylon mat which uncle Charles bought for my mother.

I was already seated on the mat for the delicacy when a cousin of mine entered our room on a routine Sunday visit. That cousin of mine obviously was about my age, but deficient to the point that he hardly had his bath. Now, on sighting that man, my mother gave him a spoon and asked him to eat with me.

Quietly, I left the food because I could not tolerate his dirtiness. I have seen situations where I was hungry, and I was invited to a meal and I turned down the invitation most times because I don’t feel secure or that I have serious doubts that the environment in which the food was served is unsuitable and or unhygienic.

Junpam, I cannot sit at the dining table or drinking bar with everybody. There are always exception(s).

A story was once told of a particular Enugwu-Agidi man resident in Maiduguri (Ojukwu Bom). He returned home during one of the seasons and was inundated with stories of a man who was said to be poisoning people. On that fateful day, Chief Ojukwu did not spare the man when he tried to join him and others at the drinking bar.

He quickly told him “I learnt you have been poisoning people, please take away your seat from here as we cannot sit with you”. That is courageous, right?

May I ask, are those well identified people who sell community lands illegally and without accounting for it not worse than that man who poison people? I should also think that people who have refused their kindred, clan, village and even the entire town to hold their usual peaceful meetings are worse than the man who poisoned people.

Are the same illegal land sellers, who take Enugwu-Agidi youths to foreign shrines for fraternal oath taking for their evil stricken agendas not worse than the man who gives poison?

These are the same people who take caterpillars to destroy people’s farm lands regardless of the cries of both the widows and the orphans. Are they NOT worse than the man who gives poison?

People who conspire against the traditional ruler of our town and the town authority to the point of beating a constitutionally installed chairman are worse than the man who gives poison.

The people who did not spare the tears of widows and sold off their ancestral lands. The same people who rejected the cries of a window and battered her son to death in her very presence are worse than the man who gives poison.

People who have no respect for God Almighty to the point that an accused person ran into a Church (House of God) shouting….. Jesus Christ! My hands are clean. Jesus! My hands are clean. Jesus! Defend my innocence… Still, they went into the Church, grabbed and forced him outside and beat him and killed him.  Junpam, those people are worse than the man who gives poison.

People who until now are having meetings with cultists on how to invade Enugwu-Agidi on the 27th and 28th of December EBU General Assembly (GA) to silence everyone and to forcefully install Ebuka Onuorah, as the substantive President General of Enugwu-Agidi Brotherly Union (EBU). Is this not worse than the man who gives poison?

People who should make a U-turn from their questionable ways, having heard the truth from me, are busy planning on how to violently attack me. They are worse than the man who gives poison, according to the heroic and courageous words of Ojukwu Bom, “Such people must sit on another table to avoid them from poisoning innocent Ndi Enugwu-Agidi!”

It is a privilege to have friends who wouldn’t like to celebrate your failure. There are times when you must reject food, drink, money and favours to save your name and integrity.

THREATS AND INTIMIDATIONS ARE OBSOLETE: Final Warning To Enugwu-Agidi Land Grabbers Fraternity. By: Ifeanyi Ndulue (Ibu Jesus)

I was plunged into deep reflections after I read Bro. Gbile Akonni’s book; “Glory Not Yet”. Akonni in that life-changing piece reaffirmed St. Paul’s teaching in 1Corinthians 10:12, and I quote “Let he who think he standeth take heed lest he fall”.

A day before yesterday I gave a random list of some names of Land Grabbers in Enugwu-Agidi and their collaborators across the villages. I did mention as an addendum that Nwammadu and Ebuka Anuta are leading the Iruobieli village. While Godwin Okafor and Chiedozie Igweonu are a part of the team ravaging Etiti village.

Yesterday, I received over fifty (50) phone calls from some concerned persons who expressed serious concerns over my safety. Their source of concern was no doubt premised on the facts of perjury or libel against the people I mentioned their names. No! It was because of fear that the land grabbers have become so powerful that they can even humiliate, beat, batter and kill Late Anayo Nworah. Some suspects to the heinious crime still got bail and keep BOASTING THAT NOTHING WILL HAPPEN and that The Dead is Dead…

This is the point where the teaching of Bro. Gbile Akonni’s book struck my mind and I asked in renunciation: Do these criminals ever think of failing? Would they ever take heed?

A friend told me that Nwammadu has taken my name to a shrine and that rituals would be performed for me by Monday 20th December 2021, the same way a young man whom I wrote after he threatened to kill Onowu Enugwu-Agidi, stated he was taking me name to a shrine for rituals to be performed.

Let me reaffirm that Nwammadu has become notorious for land grabbing. He collaborated with my cousins to delve into our Okpuno land. Nwammadu collaborated with Edozie Igweonu, to grab Nwanekii Family Land behind Community Girls Secondary School Enugwu-Agidi. He should tell the idols that State thus; if those idols did not kill him, I will personally set those idols ablaze.

Godwin Okafor, also called me to find out why I should put his name in the list. I told him I am not remorseful for my action because it reflects my real thoughts and perception of him. Recall that Pastor Godwin Okafor, was the person who was kidnapped sometimes at Offia Ikweke where he went to show a buyer some piece of Land. The same Offia Ikweke that we asked the so-called Ezinato Leadership not to sell. So, who are they if not notorious Land Grabbers?

I was equally informed that Izuchukwu Okekeonyeocha was enraged because I mentioned his name. My question is; who are these guys that have assumed so much power that nobody will discuss their communal ills and their menace to society?

WARNING ALARM BELLS ⚠️

The year 2022 will define a new dimension of life in Enugwu-Agidi. Those who sold people’s lands illegally will have so much to regret, no matter how highly placed or highly connected they are. The law will take its course and the criminals must be brought to justice.

The last thing anybody can do is to take my life…. Though as earlier stated, if my life is the only thing needed to set Enugwu-Agidi free from these crimes, criminals and criminality then, I am up for it by the Grace of God Almighty. I will not hold back anything any more. The land grabbers, their sympathisers, their foot soldiers and their sponsors should stop, and I repeat should STOP these land grabbing illegality and these threats here and there.

Izuchukwu Okekeonyeocha, as so-called Chairman of Ezinato, should stop selling Ezinato lands and render accounts of his stewardship.

Ebuka Onuorah, should equally go and render accounts of his stewardship to Iruokpalenyim and Umuotuzo kindred, that way I will stop seeing them like the other land grabbers and violent criminals who are members of Enugwu-Agidi Land Grabbing Fraternity that took SECRECY OATHS AT FOREIGN DEITY etc…

Enough of these threats, abuses, assaults, and violence in Enugwu-Agidi. Threats and Intimidations are OBSOLETE and must fail around people like us in Jesus Christ name. Amen

DAVID EBUKA ONUORAH AND POLITICS OF A BEAUTIFUL BEGINNING: The Umuotuzo and Iruokpalenyim Experiences. By: Ifeanyi Ndulue (Ibu Jesus)

Over the years, I have been docile to comments about Sundry issues involving my former friend and relation “David Ebuka Onuorah” because of my firm belief in the time efficiency philosophy. I have read books that convinced me that everything under the earth is subject to time. Changes occur within a time, repentance is possible if there is time and so on…

However, while waiting patiently for time to stir up the expected good and positive changes, all I saw and have continued to see is persistent decay that culminated in a conspiracy that led to the death of Late. Anayo Nworah. May his soul rest in peace.

The regime of land grabbing propelled our kindred “Umuotuzo” to constitute a Land Committee with clear mandate of interfacing with relevant government agencies for registration and approval of Okpuno Umuotuzo Layout to secure the said land. David Ebuka Onuorah was appointed to chair the committee.

At first, we had reports of encroachment from different groups and families. His persistent repel of those criminals earned him even more trust and support.

Sir Ignetus Duaka KSJI (Nzeamali) was appointed as the treasurer to help manage the money we kept in the bank for that purpose. At the right time, Ebuka Onuorah will explain how he withdrew the whole money amounting to over thirty-five million naira (#35,000,000.00) without the consent of the treasurer.

We equally saw the same thing in Iruokpalenyim when he invited us to join him in building the Iruokpalenyim Civic Centre. Not even Satan could hold back the words of praise for him.

Today, Iruokpalenyim is in court with him because all Iruokpalenyim community land amounting to over one hundred million naira (#100,000,000.00) could not be accounted for. And Ebuka Onuorah, cannot even allow the community to hold a peaceful meeting. The idea is to ensure that no one will discuss the matter.

Whatever Ebuka Onuorah is doing is the proverbial medicine-after-death. All his antics have been exposed and there is no more hiding place for him. He did it in Iruokpalenyim some thought he had good intentions until his true colours came out when we asked him not to sale Offia Ikweke Lands.

Today, he is building on that community land without the approval of Iruokpalenyim. He will certainly lose the house because the land does not belong to him. He did the same thing in Umuotuzo where he sold over 187 plots and even refused to render accounts.

Those are the money he is using to buy cars, fund his many cases and build his mansion. David Ebuka Onuorah, is an expert in perpetuation of crime. He has got so many connections with high-ranking Police Officers, some of them ex servicemen and their agents, whom he readily offers free plots of lands and sometimes sells parcels of lands to them at amazing cheap rates.

The idea is to pull them to use their influence in defence of his criminalities and to frustrate every move by anyone to bring him to book. But that will also fail. This is the 21st century. People have grown in wisdom and knowledge.

David Ebuka Onuorah’s membership status in Enugwu-Agidi Brotherly Union (EBU) is clear with strong constitutional explanation. Even his appointment as former Publicity Relations Officer PRO was done in error as he was never a member of the Town Union (EBU).

I challenge him to show Enugwu-Agidi his evidence of payment of the compulsory security levy to the town union in the last three years.

He said he is a politician and as a politician, he should understand that the first step in contesting any election on a party platform is registration and procurement of the party membership card. Party cards are obtainable at the ward level. Therefore, in the EBU election, registration with a branch or village is a must and a prerequisite to be eligible to contest and be voted for. No magic can change that. David Ebuka Onuorah, was suspended by Etiti Progressive Union (EPU), a matter he took to a competent court of law.

He challenged the decision of EPU regarding his suspension, dissolution of his leadership of Iruokpalenyim and installation of a Caretaker Committee in Iruokpalenyim. Ruling on his application for an interlocutory injunction to restrain the EPU from enforcing his suspension and an order to stop the Caretaker Committee of Iruokpalenyim from parading themselves as leaders of the Community pending the ruling of the court on the substantive suit.

The court of law held that the status quo should be maintained; that means that the Iruokpalenyim Caretaker Committee should continue, and his suspension persist until the final ruling on the case he brought before the court of law.

On the other hand, the Central Executive Committee (CEC) of Enugwu-Agidi Brotherly Union EBU also suspended him on a different note. He neither appealed the decision nor did he seek a waiver on his suspension. That means that until today, he stands suspended. He should be gentle by resigning the so-called appointment.

David Ebuka Onuorah should stop deceiving Enugwu-Agidi with whatever project he is doing to hoodwink the community because such has become an old formula.

MORAL ISSUES ON THE CLAMOUR TO SUPPORT THE CURRENT EBU CARETAKER COMMITTEE. By: Ifeanyi Ndulue (Ibu Jesus)

At some point I feel I should suppress my emotions, empty my mind and allow unbiased reasoning to guide my reflections on some of the most discussed issues in Enugwu-Agidi.

1. APPOINTMENT OF EBUKA EBUKA ONUORAH AS THE CARETAKER COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN OF ENUGWU-AGIDI BROTHERLY UNION (EBU).

A. Sincerely speaking, even though I decided to stay off politics for some personal reasons my sympathy and support was for APGA and her candidate Prof. Chukwuma Soludo. One may recall that I wrote about this on different platforms even before the election.

I support whatever winning strategy champions of his election may have deployed but trading with the integrity of Enugwu-Agidi and undermining her  leadership institution is too grievous to contemplate especially in the way and manner it was done.

B. It shouldn’t have been David Ebuka Onuorah, because no sane person with the knowledge of his activities in Enugwu-Agidi these past three (3) years should consider him worthy of that elevated position.

  • He mobbed the government appointment chairman in the same position
  • He was suspended from the Union
  • He was suspended from Etiti, his Village and the matter is in a competent court of Law
  • He mobbed his Village Chairman Ozo John Aguiyi, at a peace meeting conveyed by the respected Chairman of Enugwu-Agidi Peace and reconciliation committee
  • He is an alleged super land grabber
  • He does not have any known job yet he lives large
  • He has connections with kidnappers as it’s in public domain that he pays ransom to kidnappers on behalf of kidnap victims’ families
  • He can not read and can not write. How can he represent Enugwu-Agidi on serious issues?

2. THE DEATH OF ANAYO NWORAH.

Late. Anayo Nworah (Aged 28) and father of four (4) kids was allegedly beaten to death by Ebuka Onuorah’s task force team lead by Ebuka Anuta.

Recall the activities of Ebuka Anuta, during the invasion of Enugwu-Agidi by cultists that beat up so many people in Enugwu-Agidi and how they invaded the Palace of Okpalariam iii Enugwu-Agidi and even threw sand at His Highness right inside his Palace earlier this year. We also saw in a viral video how the same Ebuka Anuta molested one Chuka Ebo (Poko). I am yet to confirm if that guy died a few weeks later or if he is still alive.

My question is, what does Ebuka Onuorah, intend to achieve by appointing a character as horrible as Ebuka Anuta, to handle any position in Enugwu-Agidi?

His mission is obvious. So, Ebuka Onuorah should not express any surprise when Late Anayo was killed. He rather took some smart steps to cover up the atrocity.

First, he quickly took the remains of Late Anayo Nworah to an unknown destination while lobbying for a soft landing from behind. He even promised to offer money, build a house and so on for the deceased family.

Unfortunately, things are taking different shapes and more will come by God’s grace because justice must be served.

3. SOME BIG MEN OFFERED MONEY AND PROMISED SUPPORT ON HIS APPOINTMENT.

I have been worried as I continue to think over the motivation for that. I realised we have two categories of people who offered him money and sundry promises.

A. The first category are the people who are still not attune with the coronation of Igwe M.C Okekeuche as Okpalariam iii Enugwu-Agidi. To them Ebuka Onuorah is the most potent weapon to use in fighting his Highness.

I heard from a very reliable source that the Chief opposition from Iruobieli Village has started buying Igweship regalia. The plan is to make Ebuka Onuorah an elected EBU President General and within a very short period the process of dethronement will start.

Serious cash exchanged hands here and will continue till 27th and 28th December 2021, when they intend to perfect their evil plans.

B. The second category are people who are under serious threat. These were informed that they would burn their houses or kidnap their parents in the village.

Ndi ujo ji aka. My question is how long and how many times do you need to pay Ebuka Onuorah so that they will not burn your house? It’s a shame!

I don’t care if he will kill me as he threatened but the important thing is that the truth is told. You may take my recent writings as my last words on earth. I have no regrets even if I die.

Enugwu-Agidi must defend her integrity.

Thanks.

Ifeanyi Ndulue (Ibu Jesus).

ENUGWU-AGIDI, A COMMUNITY BLEEDING AND CRYING FOR JUSTICE. By: Hon. Ndubuisi Obijiofor

“The current Town Union Caretaker Chairman was on the 8th of August 2020, suspended in the emergency National Convention of Etiti village for gross misconduct and thereafter suspended by the Town Union for gross insubordination and character assassination of the then Caretaker committee members. Again, he is not a registered member of any branch of the town union, a clear violation of Section 7(1) of the town union (EBU) Constitution” – Hon. Ndubuisi Obijiofor

Compliment of the season Umunem. I have watched for the past one week the outpouring of emotion from members of the community who feel disgusted about the reign of impunity occasioned by a group of desperados in Enugwu-Agidi.

The height of their madness is the brutal murder of Mr Anayo Nworah on the 11th of November 2021. An open execution of a father of four in the presence of the people who cried and shouted for mercy, even the mother of the deceased was present during the torture of her son at Ebe-Ijele. She cried profusely and questioned her son’s crime that warranted the crude treatment he had been subjected to, this was not answered, instead the miscreants threatened to deal with her ruthlessly.

It saddens my heart, when I hear people talk about election in the midst of the gruesome murder of Mr Anayo Nworah of which his corpse is still lying idle in the mortuary begging for justice and the man who was expected to conduct the election had been arraigned before the Magistrate court for conspiracy to the murder of the deceased, though he is still struggling to extricate himself from the murder case in order to contest the imaginary EBU election.

The public execution of Mr Anayo Nworah as witnessed by our people in the Town is capable of unleashing unmitigated disaster unto the community, if care is not taken. In my candid opinion, I would rather suggest that we seek justice for Mr Anayo Nworah first, before  the conduct of the election. For the meantime, the Town can decide to engage men of good will and integrity to man the table of EBU and to conduct a credible election, according to the Constitution of EBU, within the shortest possible time.

Moreover, it is quite disheartening the conspiracy of silence by those who ought to have spoken out against the reign of impunity in Enugwu-Agidi. Their inability to take discreet measures or join forces with others makes them guilty of all the offences committed by the belligerent group. For proponents of election under the present contraption called Caretaker Committee headed by a non member, it will amount to a monumental betrayal and denial of the fact about the gruesome murder of Mr Anayo Nworah, with other circumstances therein, and other constitutional infractions. To further put this on the right perspective, especially in other climes, Irunebo village will collectively demand to know from the rest of Enugwu-Agidi what killed their son because the government of the day was fingered in the brutal murder and the Caretaker Chairman is on trial for conspiracy to the murder.

Murder is the highest crime anybody can commit against the law and humanity anywhere in the world. It is treated with every sense of responsibility, transparency and professionalism by the law enforcement agency (police) in order to make sure that justice is served. Therefore, the  blood of Mr Anayo Nworah will continue to hunt, not only those that killed him, but those who chose to remain silent while the cause of justice is being subverted.

Come to think of it, it would amount to an aberration and constitutional breaches to wittingly allow a person who is not a registered member of the Town Union to pilot the affairs of the Union. Any support to this constitutional infraction will lead to unbearable consequences in the near future.

Enugwu-Agidi is a community governed by the Constitution which is our “Ground Norm” and Enugwu-Agidi sons and daughters are subject to its statutory provisions.

Section 7(1), (2) and (3) of the chapter two (2) of the Constitution of Enugwu-Agidi Brotherly Union (EBU) Nigeria (as Amended) stated clearly the qualification for membership of the union, while Section 27(1), (2), (3)and (4)a, clearly enumerated the qualifying conditions for anyone vying for election as a national officer of the union. The Constitution provides as follows;

  1. That any candidate for an election must be a financial member duly registered with a branch of the union.
  2. He must be physically and mentally fit.
  3. He must be a man of “unquestionable character” whose interest in the Town’s affairs must not be in doubt.
  4. He must not belong to any secret society/cult or be an ex-convict.
  5. The President-General of the union who intends to vie for a political office shall first vacate his office three (3) months before the election in order not to jeopardise activities of the union.

Given the statutory provisions of our Constitution in respect to the membership and election of the National Officers of the union, unfortunately, the state government unwittingly imposed a non registered member as Chairman Caretaker Committee of EBU, because of the Nov 6th governorship election, in gross violation of our Constitution. We are yearning and desperate to have the Town Union election conducted to usher in democratically elected officers to save us the periodic crises occasioned by the government appointment of Caretaker Committee. It makes no sense or rather, it will amount to nullity if the election is held in breach of our Constitution, which will set a dangerous precedent, having a stranger or strangers piloting the affairs of the union. The appointment of the Caretaker Committee headed by a non member has an incurable defect. And any action taken in conducting the affairs of the union to the extent of the breach of our Constitution is null and void.

At this juncture, it is pertinent to settle the Constitutional violation in the appointment of the Caretaker Committee and gruesome murder of Mr Anayo Nworah, before we can talk about the election which we expect to usher in a new lease of life. It is a popular Maxim in law that you can not put something on nothing, there must be a foundation before a structure. The Caretaker Chairman was on the 8th of August 2020, suspended in the emergency National Convention of Etiti village for gross misconduct and thereafter suspended by the Town Union for gross insubordination and character assassination of the then Caretaker committee members. Again, he is not a registered member of any branch of the town union, a clear violation of Section 7(1) of EBU, Constitution.

Finally, it is not in doubt that our beloved community has lost her esteemed social values because of the prolonged silence of our people in the face of impunity. Some attribute it to fear of any possible attack, others say because of selfish interests. Whichever situation it might be, silence is no longer palatable. We are in an era of wickedness, man inhumanity to his fellow man, exercise of diabolical powers, excessive land grabbing for self aggrandisement, desperation for power etc. It is good to write on Facebook and Whatsapp to express our opinions against the reign of impunity in Enugwu-Agidi, which in my opinion is not enough, we have to come home and take our beloved community back from the desperados. We have to match our thoughts  and words  with a corresponding action on ground to restore peace and sanity in Enugwu-Agidi. I want to reiterate that without people coming home to speak with one voice against the reign of impunity, all the noise, good write-ups on Facebook and Whatsapp will become an exercise in futility and that will  portray us as irresponsible citizens. Some villages, kindreds and families have had their lands sold illegally by irresponsible elements. This is the time to attend village meetings, kindred meetings and ask questions about your commonwealth (land) and if the answers given to you were not satisfactory make a move and reclaim your land(s). In the end, I believe with God that our land shall be healed again and open new frontiers for peace and prosperity.

May the almighty God continue to protect us from every form of evil machinations and happy Christmas in advance. Amen.

Late Anayo Nworah: Today Marks one (1) Month, Since He Was Beaten and Battered to Death in Enugwu-Agidi.

Enugwu-Agidi Mourns Outcomes Of Sponsored Violence?

On Thursday 11th November 2921, the Enugwu-Agidi Community was shocked at the fabrics of its foundation over the death of Late Anayo Nworah.

The father of four children whose eldest child was four (4) years old died on the soil of Enugwu-Agidi, his hometown, which was supposed to save and protect him, but rather, killed him.

Late Anayo Nworah, was beaten, battered to death by identified persons and his blood spilled on the soil of his father’s hometown because he was accused of use of Methamphetamine hard drugs.

The flautist extraordinary was disgraced, abused, dehumanised and violently attacked by about six (6) men who were fellow sons of Enugwu-Agidi in the presence of his dear mother who begged and pleaded for her sons life. By the time her son was handed over to her, she tried to take him home but he died once he got home due to the injuries sustained from the Grievous Bodily Harms GBH sustained from the beating and battering sustained in the hands of those that have been identified and named by his mother.

It beggars beliefs on the sad news of how he was accused, judged by those that lacks the legality and prosecuted in a Court of Probity that was Championed by suspected Land-Bandits, which led to him been found guilty, convicted, flogged, beaten, battered, slashed with machetes, his private parts kicked with feet, hit with blows of fists and spoken to as a slave and finally his young life failed him.

Enugwu-Agidi needs to remember, Anambra ought to remember and Nigeria must remember how a son Enugwu-Agidi in Njikoka Local Government of Anambra State died in Enugwu-Agidi on Thursday 11th November 2021, while begging for his life to be spared, which fell into deaf ears of his assailants.

Late Anayo Nworah was said to have ran into a Christian Church, but his assailants chased him into the place of worship, desecrated the House of God Almighty, dragged him out of God’s own House and continued with the molestation, beating and battering that lead to his death.

Research has shown that most of the suspects are still on the run, while some of their sponsors are free and still breathing fires 🔥 of threats, showing zero remorse and continuing to use threatening language. The suspects and their sympathisers continue to have a smirk on the sides of their faces and showing no rumours, rather deploying brimstone signals on whoever asks, discusses and or speaks on the matter.

Further research, has exhibited plans by direct and indirect supporters and sympathisers of the suspects and assailants on the run are holding steady physical and virtual meetings and spending huge sums of money to force Ndi Enugwu-Agidi to forget this unresolved manslaughter and or murder of Enugwu-Agidi son on Enugwu-Agidi soil.

As we mark and remember Late Anayo Nworah in our prayers and pray for his soul to rest in the peace of God Almighty. We also pray for the Grace of God Almighty upon his family, his children, his mother, his wife and his grandmother etc. Amen.

Lest we forget, the latest death on Thursday 9th December 2021 of another son of Enugwu-Agidi in Enugwu-Agidi soil. The deceased was rightly or wrongly accused to have committed suicide through hanging caused by effects of Methamphetamine hard drugs as was alleged by Non medical professionals nor practitioners as the cause of death. May his soul also rest in the peace of God Almighty. Amen.
